Huh, always free and insured shipping within Europe?

Yup. How then, I hear you thinking? We've been shipping for quite a long time (9 years) and quite a lot (thanks!), so we can negotiate favorable rates with our carriers.

And furiously fast delivery as well?

Yup, orders placed on business days before 4 p.m. are generally delivered the next business day in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg.

France, Denmark, Austria, Italy and the United Kingdom must be patient one day longer (sorry!), delivery time is two business days.

For all other European countries and for Norway and Switzerland, the estimated delivery time is 3 business days (hold on!).

For residents of the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, patience is well tested, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

Many of your items are fragile, can you ship them?

Yup, and we do it insured too! If something breaks during shipping, don't worry. Grab your phone, send us a picture of the broken item (and the box too, please, the insurance guy always asks for it) and send us a message. We'll send you a replacement immediately, or your money back.

We have years of experience and have become experts at shipping fragile items, and use recycled materials to do so! We're under 1% in shipping damage, and we're proud of that. ;)

Are you guys a store or an online store?

Yup, and yup. We started out as an online store from our student apartment, then we got a store there too. Then it got so busy that we closed the store again and converted it to an office/warehouse. Then we got some more space and turned part of our warehouse into a store, and voila, we're an online store AND a store.

Can I use debit cards in the store?

Yup. But paying in cash also remains possible. Bills of €200 and €500 we do not accept, as the remaining bills complained of an inferiority complex.

Ordering (and paying) through the site is also possible, then click on pick up in store upon delivery.

I am in a hurry, can I really pick up my order within two hours?

Yup, at least most of the time. So always wait for the pickup notice, that way you avoid disappointment. Want to know in advance if something can be picked up quickly? Start a chat, or send an app, and we'll check.

Around holidays it is also possible to pick up your order in the evening, always make an appointment first just to be sure.
