Huh, always free and insured shipping within the Benelux (and Germany)?

Yup. How so, I hear you ask? We have been shipping for quite a long time (9 years) and quite a lot (thanks!), so we can negotiate favorable rates with our carriers.

And also lightning fast delivery?

Yep, orders placed on workdays before 4:00 PM are usually delivered the next working day in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg.

France, Denmark, Austria, Italy and the United Kingdom will have to wait one day longer (sorry!), the delivery time is two working days.

For all other European countries and for Norway and Switzerland, the estimated delivery time is 3 working days (hang in there!).

For residents of United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, please be patient, estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

Many of your items are fragile, can you ship these?

Yup. And we do that insured too! If something breaks during shipping, don't worry. Grab your phone, send us a picture of the broken item (and of the box too, please, the guy from the insurance likes that or something, he always asks for it) and send us a message. We'll send you a replacement product right away, or your money back.

We have years of experience and have become experts in shipping fragile items, and we use recycled materials to do it! We are under 1% shipping damage, and we are proud of that. ;)

Are you a store or an online store?

Yup. And yup. We started as a web shop from our student apartment, then we also got a shop. Then it got so busy that we closed the shop again and converted it into an office/warehouse. Then we got some more space and transformed part of our warehouse into a shop, and voila, we are a web shop and a shop.

Can I pay by card in the store?

Yup. But cash payments are still possible. We do not accept €200 and €500 notes, the other notes complained about an inferiority complex.

Ordering (and paying) via the site is also possible, then click on pick up in store upon delivery.

I'm in a hurry, can I really pick up my order within two hours?

Yup. At least, usually. Therefore, always wait for the pick-up message, to avoid disappointment. Want to know in advance whether something can be picked up quickly? Start a chat, or send an app, then we'll check it.

Around holidays it is also possible to pick up your order in the evening, but always make an appointment first to be sure.
