What if my item arrives broken?
We always insure our packages. If something arrives broken, you’ll receive a replacement or a refund. Tip: Take a photo of the sealed box beforehand and record a video of you opening it; this serves as proof for our insurance company.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, we ship all our packages with tracking. You can track your package through our own shipping portal.
What are the delivery times?
These vary by country; check above for the estimated shipping time for your country. Delivery to a pickup location is often faster. During busy periods, please allow for additional delays and track your shipment through our shipping portal. If you have any questions, please send us a chat message.
If I order today (before 9:00 p.m.), will it be shipped today?
Yes, we process orders received by 9:00 p.m. We have our own shipping center, so packages go directly to the distribution center. As a result, most packages sent to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg are delivered the very next day.
Is shipping glass really okay?
Can I return the product?
That's certainly possible. Always report a return within 14 days, wait for instructions, and then send the product to us or drop it off at one of our stores with the return slip. Returns are at your own expense and risk.
Are butterflies protected?
No, most of the butterflies and insects in our stores are not protected and may be freely traded and imported. For a number of rare, protected butterflies in our selection, you will receive official CITES documents along with the butterfly.
